When products for hazardous locations are
needed and FM, CSA, Atex or other agency approvals
are needed VAC has the product to meet these area
classifications. Available in all three VAC product
groups, these explosion proof products are built
to withstand the most demanding area classification
ratings and conditions. These should not be confused
with Nema ratings. Nema (National Electrical Manufactures
Agency) is not equivalent of FM, CSA, and Atex agency
approvals and is not what most process plants insurance
codes require. While often compared to Nema 7 or
9, these products do not carry these approvals. |
