was a great success. We had (L-R) Mark Ramsey, Glenn Ford,
Mike Edgerton, Jim Bosnyak, Greg Williams and Jennifer
Fleming (not shown) in for a full 1-1⁄2 days of
training on all VAC products and services. We feel
the group as well as VAC employees learn from these opportunities.
A valuable mixture of classroom discussion and hands on
application, help you learn more about the
details of VAC products. Mark your calendar-our next class
will be -we will keep the class
to around six attendees. Contact Jennifer by phone or
email to reserve your spot-jfleming@vacaccessories.com

-as a standard practice when
we receive a faxed order, we will fax an order confirmation
sheet with any corrections if necessary. This will avoid
the “assumption” that we have received the
order. On email orders, we respond by email and then print
copies of the order and the email correspondence.

-We are attempting to improve our product
returns and especially our inspection reports, giving
you and your customers more details as to what occurred
to cause a problem or failure. Like any “diagnosis”
the more information we can obtain up from (just like
your doctor) the better we are at troubleshooting the
return. We will be sending this report, in most cases,
before an RGA is issued. You can obtain a copy of this
report on our website under downloads, or we will email
or fax it to you when you request to return a product.
This will apply only to products where we are trying to
close the file with our Inspection Report. Exchanges are
not part of this program. Please do your best to help
us obtain product/application information.

-Please look at this photo-closely!!
This is an incorrectly tubed V100E-EX. They have
removed the two bottom Ip plugs (right next to the
sticker that says “Warning-Do not remove these
plugs”), and run supply air through Ip and
into the S port on the side of the positioner…..this
does not work and it
can damage the Ip, and could affect
the warranty on this product. We include this warning
label and clear instructions printed on a separate
document and shipped with each unit. Granted the
surroundings, in this photo don’t look like
your “typical” instrument shop, but
this happens too frequently…not a good thing!! |
